My order was not over $50 so I could not use the code, but it does work, as it told me my order was not over $50 (before shipping).

Tried to order the shirts, but can't do it from here. Many U.S. online vendors block Africa IP addresses and cafepress seems to be one of them. They don't tell you that until they cancel your order though. I understand the issue, but it gets frustrating. Plus the customer service rep will only see that your credit card is declined - and they NEVER believe you that it has nothing to do with your credit card! Toysrus and Sports Authority also do the same thing. You can't believe how mad I got when Babysrus cancelled a baby shower gift I was trying to send to a friend and then blamed me for using a bad credit card! GRRR.

Since DH is in DC now, hopefully he can get them ordered with the discounts. We'll see.

Thanks for all the hard work though! We really appreciate it! And I'll figure out some way to get that t-shirt!!!!

Not sure what the plan is with the shirt design, but I tried to cancel our order (hopefully that doesnt key them into checking out the design). If they do decide they dont like the design and take it down, hopefully we can just make a new one with a different name...

For anyone interested, I just got ahold of them and they were very helpful and said they were still processing so it wouldnt be any problem at all to cancel. I send them a request online initially, then they just gave me a call to verify.

If you call (877) 809-1659 and go through the menu options they are more than willing to hlep. I figured they wouldnt have made it to far since it had only been one day. Just have your order number on hand.

Now to figure out how to make a new one with the date...

I feel like I'm so far behind everyone. I just booked the excursions( A Day at the Baths and Magens Bay), haven't even thought about door signs, am trying to convince my DH to order a shirt. and haven't done the on-line check-in yet

I like mine without the date - that way I can wear it at other times and no one will know it is from 2009 .

My favorite shirt has 2004 on the sleeve, and I wish it did not have the date.

Hope all is going well with everyone. The last few days have been busy with opening and closing my DD's school play. She does tech. Her brother went back to his middle school to help them out which was fun for him.

The math class I teach for the community college ended and so did all the paperwork that goes along with that class. I will miss the students. They were a lot of fun. And I went to a memorial service today for a teacher that passed away unexpectedly. This was a guy who appeared to somehow live about 5 lives in the period most of us only live once. He was a great guy.

Now if we can clear out all this rain before we will need a couple of cows to mow the lawn. Everytime we need to recycle paper, it rains. Although today it poured. On the flip side, it does make the Maryland strawberries pretty tasty.

So life has been busy, and I need to catch up one some cruise things and other things too.

I'm not going to bother cancelling and re-ordering the shirts. It is true that the date "dates" a shirt so I feel better.

We finished on-line checkin which just took a few minutes.

I was looking at the cruise that just came back from Tortola. The formal/semiformal and pirates nights are the same. The dining is only 2 times, not three. (The late is 8:15, not sure what time the early is). Tortola got rave reviews as the best of the stops. Not much shopping there. They recommend St. Thomas. They also said if you want jewelry, make sure you go to the Shopping seminar and get coupons. It saved them a lot of money.

If you are doing the Baths excursion, they said to wear socks and sneakers and take bug spray for the trip. Climbing back up from the Baths is steep and rocky and "jungle-like". Many people got blisters and some kids got cut on the rocks. There is no place to wash off so the sand rubbed as well. The poster wore watershoes for the climb and was very sorry. Closed toed shoes were best, she said.
