Meat and veggies. So I dont have bread, pasta, potatoes, beans, nuts, or fruit. It is pretty much like the atkins diet. I only drink water, tea, unflavored coffee, or a glass or two of milk. I didnt go through the hypnosis sessions but I get the general idea. Preservatives preserve fat so theyre bad. Sugar and starches produce insulin which tells your body to store fat. Your body reacts to artificial sweeteners the same way it does sugar so thats a no no. For breakfast have an omlete. For lunch a grilled chicken salad. For dinner have some spaghetti squash with meatballs or meatsauce. You want to have more meat than veggies or at least bite for bite. Ive been on the plan for 4-1/2 months and have gone from a size 12 to a 0. Im 5-1 so a zero is not extreme. I will be starting maintenance any day now so ill add in a potato a day until my my pants feel tight again then go back on the plan. Once you get that down you can add fruit or nuts for maintenance. You just need to know that sugar is a drug and its not good for your body. Ot doesnt just make you gain weight. Its also bad for your brain too. Ive heard there was a book that explained it called grain brain but ive never read it.
