I've heard Julie mention a couple of times how much she enjoyed Enchanted. Well , this weekend I took the time to watch with my DD's and in 2 days we watched it 3 times. Can't get the songs out of my head!

Thanks! Julie.

I love it too!

Infact i watched it yesterday!

'Thats how you knowwwwww' :lovestruc

I LOVE Enchanted! I saw it 3 times at the Theatre and I NEVER do that!
I got the DVD the day it came out too.

I just thought it was so clever...I love the beginning, animation to real and I love the end in the Andalasia dress shop. I keep hoping they will come out with a pop-up book just like the one they show in the movie.

Next time you watch it, keep on eye on Patrick Dempsey's hair when they are out to dinner at the Italian restaurant, it is different in every shot...it's hilarious!

Welcome to the Enchanted bandwagon!!! Cleaning the house has new meaning if you hum along to Happy Working Song while you tidy things up. :)

It is an awesome movie - didn't think I'd like it and was pleasantly surprised when I saw it!! I need to get the soundtrack now!! :cool1:

Right, i am borrowing my friends DVD and checking that out tomorrow! :lmao:

I love Enchanted!!!!!!! It is such a great story especially for all of us who still believe in fairy tales :)

I loved this movie, too! I didn't think I would, but I really did. And, surprisingly enough, DH liked it so much that he even downloaded the soundtrack. In fact, yesterday he was humming the little work song.

OT: Bella Swan, I'm from Abingdon, so I just had to say "Hi!" I'm living in Canada right now while DH is doing some work here, but I'm looking forward to moving back home.

I agree! Even My DH liked it!

Agree as well! We sat down for movie night (DH and me) and couldn't get our NetFlix movie to work, so we watched Enchanged instead - we LOVED it (all the little things alluding to other movies). Really good - we'll definitely be watching it again (:

It is one of the better movies I've seen in a while. The only person who did not enjoy it was DNephew, 6.

I got the DVD and rarely do that anymore.

Nana took the kids to see it in the movies. They loved it so much we bought the DVD. DW and I enjoyed it very much. I love the tongue in cheek humor.

Unfortunately, every once in a while, DS10 gets an impish look on his face and starts humming a few bars of "I've been dreaming of a true love's kiss". I can't get that out of my head for DAYS!

I start singing the Barney song to get even... Ya gotta fight fire with fire!
;)

When my son got married earlier this month, they used the "Happy Ever After" song as their final dance.

*GASP* I just realized that I may never hear Donna Summer singing "Last Dance" after a wedding again!! :scared1: :scared1:

We watched it twice on our trip to Iowa last week. I couldn't get Happy working song out of my head all weekend.

It's one of my favorite movies EVER..I watch it about once a week! LOVE IT! =)

After seeing this thread, I ordered it on pay per view.
I was so surprised, I watched it twice.
I loved the balance of the film. It wasn't too childish, and it wasn't too bitter.
The acting was really good... I now have a crush on Patrick Dempsy, but I couldn't take my eyes off of Amy Adams. I loved the beautiful dance sequence at the ball... it was like Beauty and the Beast brought to life.
I was so impressed with how the characters developed throughout the film and that the fantasy/reality conflict was addressed in degrees and not absolutes.
I expected to think it was too corny, but there were two movies going on at the same time, blended together and the result had depth and charm.

:) I have just seen this movie for the first time! I LOVE IT...so original... and also the squirrel was soooo cute!I love Pip and patrick! beautiful movie:lovestruc

I loved it too!! I really liked the way Amy Adams moved -just like an animated
disney princess.
