Juice??

Is there any juice available at the drink station? If not, is there any way to get juice free of charge easily?? We are down to the wire and trying to figure out what kind of alcohol to bring on board... ya know the important stuff!!

It seems to me there was sort of fruit juice/drink at the drink station on Deck 9 ... but I don't remember any "real" juice such as OJ.

Room service does not charge for juice. I don't think they leave it out on the drink station since it is perishable. It is out at the buffet.

I think the drink station had lemonade (the closest thing to juice).

They gave the kids styrofoam cups at meals so we just took a full cup of apple juice back to the room with us afer each meal and kept it in the fridge.

Not that I am too experienced with mixing of beverages onboard...but I can tell you that vanilla vodka and Coke/Diet Coke go very well together...also coconut rum mixes quite well with the lemonade available at the station. Both are available in plastic bottles at most liqour stores.

thanks for all the info.... I am thinking of bringing some vanilla rum to add to diet coke or OJ, dh will bring his crown and add coke to it. I would love to bring some malibu rum as well but I am sure the chances of getting cranberry juice and pineapple would be slim to none unless I brought it on board!!

Thanks for the ideas... I have never had vanilla vodka... we are going to have a pre cruise drink sampling the weekend before with the family we are traveling with so I will have to try malibu and lemonade!!!

I love Malibu and lemonade. It's great to pack along if you use Crystal Light. Plus the large bottles of Malibu are plastic. Much easier to transport.
