Juice Lady's Turbo Diet

Has anyone tried this and been successful? I just started today and to be honest I have a sensation that I've eaten a big dirt pie and my stomach is already growling :rolleyes1 It says that one day a week you should do juice only so that's what I'm doing today. I've learnt that beet juice is completely gross (hence the dirt taste), but I'm going to stick with it since the juice only is just one day a week. I've read up on juicing and supposedly it's supposed to rid your body of built up yeast and make you feel a lot better.

Anyone else juice? Have any good tasting mixtures I should try?
 
not familiar with it but I have to say your description of "dirt pie" isn't exactly making me rush out to try it! :teeth:

I don't juice, but I have picked up "apple days" from online friends who do hcg. You eat only apples for an entire day. Apples are excellent diuretics and help get rid of water weight after a binge. I don't "know" this for fact and it may just be psychological, but it's worked for me the couple times I've done it.
 
I don't but just read about it in a magazine. If I can find the article I will come back and post the recipes because they sounded good.
