This is such a really tough situation. I can't see any cruise line wanting to open up with no precautions. Having an outbreak on your ship does not look good, not to mention the financial ramifications. But how long can a business stay dormant? I don't know how many people they need to make a cruise profitable, but I can see them starting out with a minimum of guests. The CDC might be overly cautious here, but I agree that they should not have to authority to cripple the industry any longer.
