Does anyone else try to judge the crowd levels based on what restaurants still have good times? i.e I just went online for 12/16 MK breakfast and received several early morning [9,9:10 etc.] times for Cinderella's Castle which I always thought was impossible to get. Does that mean the crowd level might be low that day?

Sorry, but restaurant occupancy levels is one of the least accurate ways to judge park crowds...as the restaurants have a much lower capacity than the parks do, and free dining may skew the restaurant numbers upward.

Cinderella's Castle has been much easier to get since all three meals feature princesses. That seems to have been the breaking point, when they started having the princesses at dinner as well as lunch and breakfast. Years ago, when it was just breakfast with princesses, those reservations vanished in seconds. There's now also three meals a day at Akershus featuring princesses.
