What time do we have to be in line to get into the park if the kids want to do JTA?

During Star Wars Weekend - the last day - June 15 to be exact.

At least 45 minutes before scheduled park opening on a regular park day. For SWW, you may want to arrive earlier than that. The park should open close to 7:30 and there is a pre-show. From there head to Indiana Jones for sign-up with your child.

7:30 at the absolute latest. Earlier than that to be safe. We arrived at 7:30 last year and were toward the front of the line for signups. We were able to pick our way through the crowd and get right at the front on the left side to watch the Stormtroopers put on their little pre-opening show, so we were at the front of the JTA stampede when the internal rope dropped and got our choice of shows.
