Yes at Epcot by the character spot. Inbetween Starbucks and the land pavilion. There's no FP so it's best to hit it first thing or wait until late since the wait is usually about an hour throughout the day

The wait this Tuesday was 1.5 hours during the day. We went back during the extra evening hours and it said 45 mins but ended up being less than 20.
