Hi All ~ While in SoCal, we would like to spend some time in the mountains and desert....even if it's just for a day.
I located Joshua Tree National Park.....looks like it's only 2 hours drive from DLR.
What I'm looking for is a destination that will give us the mountain experience and desert experience.....maybe a little hike or even just a drive thru.
Does anyone have experience with Joshua Tree?
Or
Can you recommend another place that will have mountains and desert close to Anaheim?
