But i had money saved for when i was going to go to the DC Games, but since they got cancelled, i spent it all on concert tickets.

I hope you girls don't mind if I pop in here for a moment. I promise I won't hang around (cause I'm a mom, not a teen), but I was scrolling down the main forums page and the word "Jonas" caught my eye.

LOL. I'm probably embarassing the crap out of my child by posting here but when she told me she saw that another mom had "barged" in, I thought - what the heck?

First of all, I have to tell you that my 13yr.old LOVES this thread and lurks here often. She says you guys post the best JB pix! And I think this thread is the number one reason she wants her own acct. here on the DIS.

Anyway, I needed to share my news too before I burst. And since my DD is at her dad's this weekend, I know she won't be on the DIS so she won't read this.

We too got tix - the July 17th show in Boston. Our seats are 7 rows off the floor, facing the catwalk. Got them during the TJ presale on monday - the most stressful 45 minutes of my life. My daughter knows about the tickets and is so excited. What she doesn't know is that a good friend of mine from college has just recently told me that he lives next door to and is VERY good friends with Mike, JB's bodyguard! And he's going to talk to him about getting us meet & greet passes! My daughter is going to FLIP OUT! I don't want to tell her until it's confirmed but I'm dying for her to know and can't stand not telling her!

Ok - sigh. I just wanted to share that with people who I know will appreciate how truly exciting this possibility is. I'm glad to see you were all able to get tickets and hope you have a great time at the shows! (of course you will!)
