Jon sues Kate for the Eight?

I heard on the radio yesterday (I think it was Ryan Seacrest reporting it) that Jon is suing Kate for full custody of the kids?

Maybe this is old news? Has anyone else heard this?

It was on GMA this morning and Jon is claiming that with Kate spending all of these hours practicing for DWTS that she's not able to care for their kids.

The news said that she had a dance studio installed in her basement so she could practice in their home all day long and she only flies out to Los Angeles for 3 days a week. She says she takes all of her breaks and lunches with her children and is just downstairs if they need her.

I think it's just killing him that she is getting all the attention right now.

That whole family is just messed up. Maybe a responsible adult will sue for custody and those kids might have a chance at a normal life

So why is it OK when other parents have careers that require them to travel? I don't think it makes her a bad mother. However, I think they both should be ashamed of themselves for putting their family in the spotlight since birth and then she has the nerve to complain about the Paparazzi.

Any way, I think Kate will only be on there one or two more weeks.

On GMA they said that he's working on a number of 'project' but there's been no mention of what the projects are.

That may be what he is hoping for.



OTOH, even if she is voted off DWTS; what will she do next? She isn't going to get a regular job either and so whatever she does is probably going to take her away from the kids. Wasn't she doing a lot of book tours before that had her traveling away from them?

And in a nut shell that is the problem with BOTH of them. They want the spot light. They should have never had those kids. They don't deserve them and the kids don't deserve parents like Jon and Kate.

Jon also wants his support lowered. Supposedly it's set at over $20,000 a month. No mention if he does or doesn't pay it, just the amount. It's also said he's living with his brother and he says the divorce agreement says he can live in the house when Kate is gone and the guest house when she is there, but I guess she hasn't allowed that. At least that is what his side is.

My guess is, if the support goes away or gets lowered considerably, his lawsuit for physical custody and the right to live in the house may too.

Is he planning on all nine of them living with his brother or does he plan to stay in the house?

For the record, I have never been a fan of Kate's even when the show first started.

I feel horrible for those children!

Not a fan of either but seems to me if she didn't work then they would say she was lazy now that she is working she is a bad mum. Really us mums do take a beating don't we.

She is bringing in a paycheck at least and still at home for part of the week all be it busy.

I think Jon is just trying to figure out how to keep making money off Kate and the kids without having to participate himself. I'd bet he is in fact aiming to try to get some child support from Kate.
