Okay now they are showing what looks like a bank letter with a list of what they are saying are Jon's withdrawals.

It says:

9/14/09 withdrawal (phone transfer) $10,000

9/17/09 withdrawal $15,000

9/21/09 withdrawal $18,000

9/23/09 withdrawal (wire transfer) $25,000

9/25/09 withdrawal $10,000

9/29/09 withdrawal $22,000

Nancy Grace on right now...she is hammering on Jon. A little on Kate too, but mostly Jon. She just asked if Daddy Jon is headed to the big house! I think Jon made an enemy.

She's saying there are charges of illegal wire tapping! Where did that come from? That's a new one on me.

Illegal wire tapping? So what constitutes illegal wire tapping in the US? Do both people on the line need to know their conversation is being recorded, or only one for it to be legal?

II just found it interesting that on the big seperation announcement she said it wasn't something she wants yet she won't allow the divorce to be slowed down. So yes, it's all about the money.

But what would be the point of slowing down the divorce? They clearly aren't getting back together with Hailey in the middle of this. Kate saw it for what it was...a tactic dreamed up by his lawyer.

No idea. I would have loved to hear what she thought of the birthday shenanigans Jon had planned with the live streaming footage that evidently got axed.

Speaking of.....I never did see anymore footage of Jon with Nancy Grace. Redrose..did you ever see the additional program with that? I know you and I were both trying to find it last week.

Watching the episode right now with Josh and Anna and having baby Mackynzie....

I know she had a homebirth....

But the epi prior--she saw Dr. Sarver at 30 weeks and in the beginning of the episode where they show highlights of the episode--they show a blip where Josh says she woke up with contractions. He calls his dad who asks if she is at the hospital, yet. Josh says they are thinking of a homebirth.

Ummm--okay---that's a little LATE to decide a homebirth if they truly waited until the last minute.

Not sure about Arkansas--but here you have to find a midwife who does them. They aren't on call 24/7 for new patients who just get into labor.

And their are preps to a homebirth. Good gracious!

Not sure if that was for "suspense"--but it was very unrealistic. We'll have to see how it plays out.

I had a midwife for my 1st daughter's birth but it was in a hospital, not at home. They didn't do home births. At the hospital the midwife works with a ob/gyn from their office. I can't imagine Josh and Anna deciding so last minute that they want a homebirth. I'd have been petrified to do that and not be prepared. Yikes.

I remember her saying that Jon's actions left her no choice but to file for divorce. Who knows what that means though, we never did hear anything shocking in the news. I most definitely believe that she did it because of the $. I wouldn't want to slow it down either. I mean Jon went on national TV and told about how much he loves another person and basically that he never loved the mother of his children like that. I'd be trying to speed it up at that point.

Nope, I didn't. Just a 4 minute clip of Donny Osmond telling him about marriage (I had no idea Donny Osmond had been married for 31 years).

As for slowing down the divorce, I thought the reason behind that was so that they could figure out what they agree on so they could settle some things before they went into court. People do that all the time here, so it didn't seem so strange to me -- one side sends a proposal to the other and, if agreed then the spouses meet in a coffee shop without their lawyers. Saves a lot of money on court costs and lawyers, but they usually do this to work out custody arrangements etc -- the money issues are usually tougher, since very few people get spousal support.

There was no wire tapping, hacking etc. That is what Stephanie said to some rag, and Nancy considers that as fact, b/c their case isn't bad enough as is I guess?

Before the night is over Jon will be convicted in the Anthony case!

ETA: All of these 'experts' are mistakenly under the impression that the kids get paid and have their money separate from the parents' money. These kids have no money of their own. why don't they know that?

I agree, I never understood the point of postponing the divorce either. Even though Kate said it isn't what she wanted, there is no hope of reconciliation. Even if there was, maybe early on, every show Jon goes on he talks about Hailey being his soul mate, the love of his life, ect...so why would Kate want to slow the divorce? Or why would Jon for that matter?

The big question is will Jon have the money to put back in the account? If he does not what will happen?

The judge said that Jon has to put $180,000 back in the account. I wonder if he will even be able to do so? If he has been making those withdrawals over the past month, in approx. $15,000 increments, is there any money left? Might he have spent it already?

If he has, where's he going to get the money to put it back?

If the one car is just leased -- and the other is a used BMW -- just getting rid of the cars isn't going to add up to $180,000.

They asked the gal that did the birthing class if she would still be their midwive (doula is what I think they called her) if they decided on a home birth while at their class. She said yes. Once they found out the doc was out of town, they went with the home birth.

I tivo'd the Roloff's. I've only watched the first few minutes. I know I heard at the end of their last season they were having marital problems, but I was still surprised to hear Amy say they are going in different directions and 'kid' about divorce. I wonder if they will be the next reality divorce. I wonder if we are getting small hints now to prepare us.

Um, I just watched ET tonight and they were advertising an 'exclusive' interview with Jon in which they discuss today's court visit so he IS going to talk about it at least with ET.

So, any more on this? I checked their website and they're not saying anything about it. Was it supposed to be on tonight's show, or another night?

Well if we believe those rumors about Kate Majors and Stephanie, then I guess we should believe Kate was having an affair with Steve the bodyguard? We have no idea if any of those rumors are true.

Totally OT here but, did those of you who watched the Duggars tonight for Anna's birth see that Scott and Steve (from J&K+8) were there filming and took turns holding the new baby?

It was shown at the end of ET as exclusive interview coming up tomorrow. They showed the brunette reporter with Jon doing a sit down interview and asking him questions about his day in court.

The big question is will Jon have the money to put back in the account? If he does not what will happen?

The judge was very clear that any money that was taken out of the account improperly will have to be put back. I don't know what the penalty for contempt is there -- here it's jail time if the judge doesn't feel lenient that day.

IMO, that wouldn't be worth the pain it would cause to everyone, since they are so close to being divorced and dividing the marital assets, which are more than even Kate's lawyer is claiming that he has to pay back. The judge may see it that way too.

Inside the courthouse, the tension was palpable between the warring Gosselins as the judge pummeled both sides, ordering both Jon and Kate to put back the money they took and replenish their joint bank account."

Kate accused Jon of taking $230,000 from their account. He accused her of withdrawing $60,000 without permission.

Just last week, Kate broke down on the Today show over her dire financial condition.

After court, the estranged couple headed to an office building down the block to try to work things out. Jon stepped out repeatedly for cigarette breaks, and INSIDE EDITION's Paul Boyd spoke to him privately for nearly half an hour.

Jon told him that the judge ordered them to get their act together before coming back in his courtroom again, so Jon, Kate, their attorneys, and a court-appointed arbitrator locked themselves inside a room to work through the big financial issues. Jon says he wants a resolution so that his eight kids aren't dragged through the mud anymore.

After the session, Jon's attorney Mark J. Heller told Paul Boyd, "We're very hopeful that there will soon be a resolution."

I don't know, it's a bit more than rumors IMHO. There is a picture of Stepanie Santoro sneaking out of the Gosselin house in the wee hours of the morning wearing the same clothes as the night before. True, no sex tape, but close enough. As for Kate Major, I don't know about her, nothing like that with her and I wouldn't take her word for it, but when Larry King asked Jon point blank about Kate Major, he didn't out and out deny it, he just said Kate Major was one of his mistakes.
