(flame suit on......preface this by saying: this is MY OPINION ONLY)

I have to say........do you know how many KATE HAIRCUTS I saw at Disneyworld yesterday? A TON! Probably a hundred or so. And do you know how many of them looked good?:rolleyes1

TWO.:flower3:

Ok, back to the thread.......

If those 2 looked good, are you sure they were "Kate haircuts"???? ;):lmao:

So were they truly spiked up in the back in the crown like hers is? Honestly, I have only seen that on a few redneck women around here. Usually the front is not cut quite like Kates with that very long, full bang.

However, like I said earlier on this thread, I see a lot of short in the back, long in the front (inverted bobs) at WDW. 2 years ago my mom even said, "I see your hair everywhere. I think I've found you but it is not you."
An inverted bob is one of the easiest style to fix so you do see a lot because it is one of the few that people can make look good at home on themselves.

Changing the subject...I saw the lady interviewed on the Today Show this morning. She talked about how so many people tuned in for the season opener 2 weeks ago. She talked about it being heartbreaking to watch. She then talked about people would be pleased to see things looking up like in tonight's episode with Emeril (which I have tivoed but have not watched yet).

Anyway, I wondered why she said that like that?! Talk about misleading the audience. If I didn't watch and read, I'd be so confuzzled about this season's shows...all this wrong order, pretaping, showing out of sequence is just plain wrong for TLC to do, IMHO.
I'm with whoever said, "scratch them and start over" which is probably too costly and time consuming to do. darned Jon for getting caught in photos and picking a friend with a big mouthed brother. ;)

So, who is the lady in those pics of Jon at home on Sunday? Is she a relative?

I can't believe pics of Kate pumping gas are newsworthy, LOL. That is so weird! Doesn't anyone who drives pump gas sooner or later? Unless you are my MIL or live in NJ? ;)

So, ET is saying Jon and Kate are back together? Well, that would be nice if true. I guess I just find it hard to believe any of them since they've lied so much, stretched the truth so much and over-sensationalized this whole story.

I just read somewhere that Entertainment Tonight or one of those shows was reporting that Jon and Kate were back together. Not sure under what circumstances they were referencing, though. I didn't see the show.

The commercial break said something like "Coming up next...Jon & Kate back together". But then when the clip started it said something along the lines of.... "Jon & Kate are back in the same state. Kate & the tups returned home from vacation. Jon & the twins head out for the day. They haven't been seen together yet" :confused3

Talk about misleading???

It is the negative things that are said that you remember.

I could understand if Kate had said something along the lines of "you worthless piece of crap" or "you'll never amount to anything" or "why can't you EVER do anything right". But, "she's ruined" clearly referring to her clothes, I don't think Mady (eta: or whichever child it was, I was thinking Mady for some reason)has given it a 2nd thought.

I figured that was it... now I don't have to tivo. LOL.

I don't think it was Mady she was talking to .. it was one of the little girls.

I'm guessing she is the Vietnamese non-nanny that works there full time caring for the kids! The one that is "working out" after going through "30"!

This is the first time I am getting on today.. Any new pictures I should see??Thanks,,!!!

Thanks, Longstandingtrip. I didn't know what the nanny looked like. You know, I have never seen her or a pic of her before?!!

Kritter, there are some on page before this of Kate pumping gas and Jon and girls on Sunday afternoon. Nothing too interesting.

we won't see anything interesting until (if/when) there's another ratings drop, IMO.

Cute Break! How incredibly cute was it when Aaden and Colin had the little stuffed animals and were telling the camera men not to look and shut their eyes and Aaden kept checking to make sure their eyes were closed and the camera was going the whole time! :rotfl: I love Aaden. :lovestruc

I wonder if they did the interviews much later than tonights show. I definately think it was a a 'softer' Kate on the interview couch. I really enjoyed the show tonight.
I was surprised that the babysitter was shown, which makes me think these are not TLC legal pictures. We were told the babysitter did not want to be shown on TLC, so I suspect even more these were 'stolen' pictures.

I'm surprised there's not much talk about tonights episode - LOl y'all must be all talked out! HA HA!

To me it was clear the show was taped before the mess - they got along WAAAY too well - even sitting across the table from one another for supper - they wouldnt' look @ each other @ the b'day party & certiainly not sit & look @ each other. BTW did you think Emeril was just thrown in there - he looked like there was barely any room for hiim to sit @ the table - an afterthought - I would have given him the head of the table. And what was with the kids calling him Emeril? Shouldn't it have at least been Mr. Emeril!?

Y'all that have it tivod (if anyone did) go back & look Kate's hair is very different during the show & during the interview session. Her hair is skunk striped during the cooking with Emeril & just highlighted during the interviews - so clearly those weren't taped on the same day.

which babysitter? the "I don't need to be wearing a bikini" one that's with Kate at the beach or the Asian one with Jon at home?

ok - since the WDW icecream has come up I'll add my opinions too...

yes I think WAAAAY overreacted - as she does EVERYTIME the kids even THINK about getting dirty (remember the Crayola factory she said it was a bad idea & the cookie baking episode she said somethinng & I think she said something even at Duff's shop!) she needs to CHILL & let the kids get messy!

We were at MK last July & the girls had to have a Mickey - well it was I think 10 seconds MAX before they were covered in chocolate - on the 1st day there & they were wearing matching shirts - that I made just for the trip. Did I freak & say they were ruined?!? NO! Though I wasn't sure 'cause it was chocolate on a white t-shirt - I just got out the babywipes & scrubbed as much as I could (after taking pictures of course!) & quit worrying about it - though I may have thought a little about it next picture moment - but I'd just zoom in or made sure someone covered the spot - actually don't remember ever making an issue of it. ANd I'm HUGE on matching outfits @ WDW (mom & dad & grandma have to compliment too) but *if* its that big a deal then another set of matching clothes is packed. And YEP! I've been known to go buy another set of matching clothes if need be....but I certainly would NEVER snatch the icecream away from my children & spoon feed them like that just 'cause of a mess. Those poor kids that can't do anything for themselves.

BTW - who the heck still keeps their 5 year olds in bibs!?! :scared1:and in highchairs?!? Those poor kids are in for a rude awakening come kindergarten -as well as Kate when all 6 spill their lunch on themselves the same day - or they walk into another kids tray while not paying attention....or wipe the paint & glue all over their clothes.

Obviously these kids will never play sports like softball/baseball 'cause they'd put Kate in a mental institution the 1st time the slid into homeplate! :lmao:

The Asian one was the one that it was mentioned she asked to not be photograhed.

The interviews had to be done later. In the episode Kate has the chunky striped hair and in the interview, the chunks are gone and she is all blonde. I don't think I ever noticed how pronounced her color chunks were before, Thick blonde stripe, thick reddish brown stripe, thick blonde stripe, thick reddish brown stripe. Kinda weird really. Probably discussed 500 pages ago. :rotfl:

It was one of the Little girls, not Mady, but I hear ya and don't think much at all about the "she's ruined" comment.

I personally wouldn't let a 3 year old have ice cream on a hot Disney day...I'm just mean that way. Way too messy, especially if I had 6 of them and I was in the Rose Garden with the Princesses.

They go to preschool, I'm sure they get messy there...

I am almost positive that Cara plays soccer...
