I agree her bottoms are way to small for her.....

I think she looks ok, but her thighs do not look healthy they look big but that is just me!!!!!!!!!

I think we are so used to seeing stick thin that healthy & normal seems "big". I have only had 3 kids, I wish my thighs looked that "big".

And I also think TLC should guide them to do the right thing. Sure, they are adults and should know better but all parents make mistakes with their kids. This mistake is probably soooo big, it should be addressed. Sad, really.

I think TLC is absolutely guiding them to do the right thing .. for TLC. This is a major revenue booster for them. I don't think they care about the Gosselin family nearly as much as they do Jon and Kate Plus 8. The more drama, the higher the ratings.

I saw the family with the Supt's turning two this week and they are the cutiest thing. The promo's were on too.

I wonder if many J&K fans will do a switch. I know that i liked to watch the kids stuff drama and longistics of traveling the kids. This new family is more what I would like to watch, like milestones not the marital drama.

The Dilly's had nice yearly specials. I still watch for the updates.
Everyone that never watched watch Memorial day. Now the families will be gone from watching and just the drama seekers will stick around awhile until it finally is cancelled is my thoughts.
Shame, but it was a train wreck and needed intervention from the first night that Kate went "off."

Saying a prayer for the kids to find normalcy in their life and get back to grass roots and family.

I guess the TLC/Kate Gosselin marketing maching is working. I went to Ann Taylor Loft today and spent $100. I probably wouldn't have gone in there if I hadn't had seen some of the clothes on Kate and thought they were cute.

I am a HUGE AT Loft fan. But I started shopping there before I watched the show and before I knew Kate shopped there. It is fun to see she and I have some of the same clothes though! I try not to go in there until I have a coupon as I ALWAYS have to buy things.

Well, I did say she is not model material but looks great for an ordinary mom. I've said all along I think she looks great in her bathing suits. In fact, I think Kate's looked good a long. Seeing even the older shows she never looked like most women do even after one baby--except for before the tummy tuck and all that extra skin. But the rest of her look good even back then.

To see someone like Kate on the beach, I'd never pick her body apart like that. I would just see her and think she looked good. But, since we were looking and picking apart, I do think she's a bit heavy through her legs. And yes, most women would love to have thighs like hers! When I'm at my biggest, I'm usually someone's goal weight, yet, I'm too big for me.

uh??? what??? I said it wasn't a great shot...but never did I call her fat. It was a horrible shot of her bathing suit riding up....the bottom of her suit is too small, she is not too big.

Only people like my scrawny 16 year old should wear a bottom like that, but thankfully my scrawny 16 year old likes the boy shorts!!

No, we're not insane. And don't worry Kate won't get a eating disorder. If by some chance Kate did read anything here, she would love that we're talking about good or bad. Don't take things so seriously.

I think it's a bit unfair to say Oh they aren't having fun. No one is smiling. They are just walking. I don't always walk down the hall at work with a big ole smile on my face.

I jsut have a hard time believing they aren't having a good time.

I just don't think those are the same breastages in these two pics. Who knows, undergarments (or lack of) can make a big difference.

Undergarments make a huge difference. I think the pic of her in the white tank either she has no bra on or a really bad one on lol and or perhaps a few pounds heavier.

I dont think she has had a **** job, I have seen lots fakes in my day ( my friends think they all need them ) and they dont look like that. Either that or she has an AMAZING surgeon.

Do I think Kate is prob pretty nutty and witchy, heck yeah.
Do I think she loves her kids, YES.

I have only had to raise one child at a time ( i have two.. DS6 and DS20)
I have never had to have that many little ones at once, but If I did I just know I would lose my mind and act insane sometimes.
I dont have the patience for 1 all the time. There are days, I just want him to be quiet, give me some space and quit saying Mommy.

I dont think what they are doing is prob in the best interest of the kids and but I cant say what I would do if I had that many kiddos to support.

Ive quit watching the show though, just to big of a circus and I got tired of watching J and K snap at each other. I have to say though, I bet my hubby and I would be on each other's nerves too with that many babies.

I wish them all the best.

Sorry I got on my soap box there...I'm not worried about Kate getting an eating disorder...I'm worried about girls (like me) who think she looks like a normal size--not fat, bad or chubby--and people are saying she doesn't (did that make sense?)

I'm wondering about these pictures taken while Kate and the children are in NC. All the media outlets (including the tabloids) are showing the same ones. Are they coming from only one source and being released for distribution? Who would be in charge of that .. TLC? Are we seeing what they want us to see?

Agreeed! Love the shots of the kids and Kate at the beach. Looks like a "normal" day for us when we head over there!

I love the picture of Jon and the girls too - it's amazing to me to see how Cara's like a little Jon (not a girly girl at all) and Mady's a little Kate (more girly with her outfit and flip flops).

I agree also about the pictures and where they're coming from. Usually it says like copywright so and so but I haven't noticed that on these pictures which does make me wonder where they're coming from. I would think a photographer would want credit for their work especially with them being all over like these pictures are....

OT - I had to run back to Publix last night to use a few coupons. My total was 32 cents and I saved almost $21. I think that's my best trip ever! It would have been 7 cents if DH wouldn't have bought a newspaper! I saved just over $120 at Target today and only spent $115. I loved those pictures of Kate and the kids at the beach too. Kate has some of the cutest beach cover ups! I've been looking for the white kind of lace looking one off and on for days! I wish I knew where to find one.
