So many have stated how I feel. Where a person like Paul Peterson with good intentions decides to take the low road in order to get his voice heard. Thank goodness there are places other than that hate site to review the material with an open mind and not more slander from hate sites. Just patting themselves on the back like they made a difference when in fact it just brings more buzz for an already popular show

Just an aside....yesterday, I made Kate's Monkey Munch recipe, my DDs have been asking me to make it forever since they are fans of the show.
I substituted sunflower butter for the peanut butter since my DD is allergic to peanuts. It was sooo yummy!
When DS came home late, he had some and he said, "oh, this is puppy chow" (his school used to make if for dessert for lunch). So my DS and DD argued...Monkey Munch....Puppy Chow....Monkey Munch....Puppy Chow....
Whatever you call it, it was gobbled up and delish! I had to hide the rest in the back of the refrig.
So easy to make too!

Ok, back to regularly scheduled analysis....

I've been wanting to make the monkey chow! My DS is also allergic to peanuts and we just purchased soy butter that I was planning on using. I heard that the sunbutter turns green when you cook it. Have you had that happen to you? Of course it was a soy butter rep. that told me that!

I have actually never "baked" with the sunflower butter. Can't use soy since other DD is allergic to it. (hard time finding what we can make). Since this recipe just called to melt the pb or substitute in with the butter and chocolate chips, I figured we can't go wrong. It worked perfectly!

At the end of the Good Housekeeping article it also mentions they want to adopt a baby. My 1st thought- they wont all be able to fit in that sprinter van of theres right? Its a 10 seater. Maybe its time for a bus then.

Yes, the article mentioned they wanted to adopt a baby from Korea, but then it stated that J&K are not eligible to adopt from Korea because of the number of children in their family already. No mention was made that they are now looking elsewhere for a baby to adopt.

That is weird... Did you look at the cover and make certain it isn't the Oct edition?

I did - there's a mention on the cover about the article, it's the same magazine as the one I got at my house, but with a different cover.

But, I did read this afternoon at Gosselins Do Not Need Our Pity that someone else saw the same cover I did .. in the midwest, I believe? I'm in Kentucky, so maybe it was a regional thing? Not a clue. LOL

It was nice to see Jon get to talk. Are Maddy and Cara still friends with Talia, Beth and Bob's DD? I hope with what ever that happened they didn't lose their friend. That's not fair to them.

Funny because I was bored and reading on the GWOP site and they were talking about how he was so greedy and kept taking more and more things instead of being gracious!!

I saw a fun night at the ballpark, but of course those Gwop people can't ever see anything positvie or they are labled sheeples.... I just don't understand those people, if you hate the show so much...DON'T WATCH.

I thought last night's show was cute but I missed seeing the girls!
