joining EA (National) if not US or Can-resident ??

I tried to join Emerald club, National today on their website, there are only 2 options for country of res.: US and Canada. Now, I'm Belgian and would love to join in, because of all the advantages, Emerald Aisle and so on.. Anyone knows how ???

If there's not one listed, another alternative would be to e-mail National. I'm sure something is set up for international renters.
