Hit single digits today and the kids still have no clue we're going.

Original thought was to pack in secret and then just get them up that morning and hand them their magic bands at breakfast. But we haven't 100% decided yet.

Good on you for keeping it a secret for so long - I guess you have younger children. You will need to let us all know how the surprise goes. I've always surprised mine a few months out so they can have the fun of planning.

We have a Labor Day trip as well, and they are helping us plan that. This is a very quick trip to check out the new attractions in EPCOT and to see the Independence Day fireworks. The girls have been saying that they wish they could go sooner than Labor Day, so I think they'll be very excited. Also, it's the only way I can wake them up at 3:00 tomorrow morning. They'll be too happy to be cranky

I finally hit the single digits!! Time to do my single digit dance. Meanwhile my kids still think we have 15 days because they have no idea we are leaving earlier then planned nor do they know we are staying at the POP as well as the vacation home.

Congratulations! I'm sure the kids will be very excited. We are currently sitting at our gate at the airport awaiting our flight home. The runway is currently closed due to severe weather. We had a great 2 week trip but I'm sad it's all over.

I love it - an edible surprise! Hope you had a great trip. We flew back this morning after a 2 week trip.
