9] Collecting for Lucy's scrapbooks that she makes after every visit... napkins, receipts, wrappers, a leaf from a plant in each land, anything and everything!!

I feel more excited than other times... really can't wait :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Apparently I've got 1 month 2 weeks and 3 days till my DAY trip!! Very much looking forward to it, because it's something completely different and I get a whole day off from looking after the children - all three of them!!! ;) I also get a chance to show off my favourite place to my friend who has never been to Disney before. I love doing that - it makes you see the place with new eyes! :goodvibes

22 days, that's 3 weeks and 1 day, not 4 weeks, not a month, just 529 hours and 11 minutes until we'll be there - buy hey, who's counting?

These replies are so brilliant - so much excitement and so many people ready to embrace that childhood magic - it's just so great to read these things in contrast to all the bad news, doom and gloom on the news every day!!

*points to ticker in siggy* ^^

Ahh, i am so excited! :Pinkbounc , i think the time will go fast because at the moment i'm looking forward to christmas(which always goes by fast) and once that's over i only have a month to wait.

Still have to wait exactly 8 weeks for our next stay. But Lukas and me are playing nearly every Day the "what will we do to which time when we are in Disneyland game".

We sit there and try to imagine what we will do in which order. It helps a lot to get along with the impatience. Hope my English is´t to bad and you can understand what I mean. :earboy2:

No seconds there Steve ;)

My next visit is planned for next November 9th 2006 I've got 342 days 21 hours and 40 mins [not counting much!] until I hope to leave.

I'm looking forward to enjoying the atmosphere and music in the parks, catching up on rides like Peter Pan's Flight which I missed last time and having several trips with the Pirates of the Caribbean. I'm also looking forward to late night walks round Lake Disney and the sounds and smells of the Disney Village

9 if we don't count the day we leave!!!

OMG, I'm so excited!! So many new things to see and do, even after so many previous trips... and all our old favorites, and Christmas lights, and singers, and parades.... help!! I still have to work all week!!! How can I keep my mind on "real" life (actually we all know Disney is real and the rest is just filler, but don't tell any "normal" people! :rotfl2: )

By the way does anyone know how to make a countdown ticker that counts actual days and not just weeks??

To Lukas and his Dad - Liav and I do the same thing! Or rather, I try to do it and Liav just pretends she has better things to think about... :rotfl: She doesn't want to seem weird in front of her friends so she pretends not to love Disney as much as her crazy mother! :)

:Pinkbounc :) :Pinkbounc :) :Pinkbounc :) :Pinkbounc

We'll be at WDW in April too! 10th to 14th~ Where are you going to stay?

April 26th - 10 days POFrench Quarter, then 4 days Polynesian!!

(Sorry, Reid - completely off topic but couldn't hold it in!)

6 days! OMG!! and i'm too excited to think straight about what i'm most excited about...

lol... i'm going to a get together from another boards i go to tomorrow... and i'm so scared about that one i can't think straight right now!

@ JodyB

Lukas is 7 and that is an age where it is cool to have a Dad who takes you every Year to DLRP. Lots of his classmates asked if they can join us.

Read your famous Tripreport (Disneylandhotel and Sequoia) on another Forum and so I know that Liav and Lukas have something in common.

Pin Trading.

He also started on our last Trip and I did a big mistake. To protect him from beeing sorry if he trades a pin which I know he will miss afterwards, I bought a Pins myself. That worked for 1 and a half Day, then it happend: I´ve got Pinaddicted too. So by now we both are collecting them.

But it shortens the waitingtime (to be on topic again). We often play Pintrading together. His Chip and Chap Toys got the Pins and are disscussing which Pins they would trade if they were theres. ;-)

It's funny isn't it!! When we had our DIS DLP meet in September I was really excited about meeting everyone, but really nervous at the same time!!

Over a year! 367 days! :guilty: We'll be arriving on Dec. 6. '06 (pretty sure about that) and staying at the DLP for about 2 nights/3 days. Then we'll be staying in Paris in an apartment for 8 days. :sunny:
This will be my first trip to DLP (and Europe!) and I'm sooo excited! I can't just pick one thing that I'm most looking forward to. :Pinkbounc We'll be staying in the Disneyland Hotel Castle Club so I'm really excited about that. I guess I'd have to say experiencing a whole new park is what I'm most excited about. :cool1:
