That's my favorite part (only good part usually) about flying thru a NYC airport! Back in October I flew thru Newark and our flight to Dallas was loading next to a plane to Tokyo my 2 yr old was sufficiently entertained watching the cargo crates bigger than my car being loaded one after another!

Please eat one bit of everything for me! My favorite part of the med Disney cruise was Italy. I came home with 7 purses and ate lots of great food... all in one day. I'm off to CA Adv. this morning with a group of excited little girls. Just heard the podcast from this weekend - sounded fun! Have a great trip.

Howdy Folks,

Uneventful flight over.

We booked with Delta, but we're put on an Alitalia flight. The plane was in need of some repair.

The armrest of my seat was held on with duct tape that came loose during the flight. The flight attendant asked if had broken it. I told her yes....and brought my duct tape repair kit which I used when you weren't looking. I was tired and cranky at hat point.

We arrived at 12:00ish and our plane parked in the middle of nowhere. We came down rickety metal steps. It was 1965 all over.

Our hotel is beautiful and centrally located on Piazza Barberini.

I'm just posting now because we had to look for a Vodaphone store to buy the appropriate sim chip for the iPad and then wait 3-4 hours for it to activate.

It's 9:23 and we are like zombies. Going to sleep now.....early morning tomorrow.

Get ready Rome!
