Is it possible to order these without espresso? Like how you can order Starbucks creme fraps? I don’t like coffee but some of their seasonal drinks look interesting, like the pb&j latte for the festival.

Sure. Just say no espresso. Some things are pre-made in which case you’ll be out of luck but generally the lattes are espresso plus milk plus syrup.
