Joel went out of his was to help this Diser. I was in a fridge swap and trying to locate a fridge that had been in storage for 10 days. Joel checked the luggage area several times, even allowed me to check the area as well. He took the time to check with the other All Star Resorts to see if it was sent to their resort in error. After several phone calls and about 30 to 45 minutes, he was still unable to locate the fridge.
He offered to have a fridge sent to my room and he would check again the next day himself for the fridge swap refrigerator. Within 5 minutes of getting back to my room at the Sports resort, here was a CM with a complimentary Fridge.
The next day Joel left a message that the fridge was still not found and said that he would just let us use the fridge for the remainder of our stay. So 9 day stay with a free fridge from Joel.
A CM like Joel at every Disney resort would make vacations more magical to all. Thanks Joel for going above and beyond your job description to make our vacation special.
