Joey Jackson. He was saying on HLN that her holding up that "Survivor" t-shirt was thumbing her nose at the jury, and saying to them that "everyone has a right to their opinion" was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Seriously? Seriously?! After all that has happened ... the Alexander family will probably have to live through this stupid penalty phase all over again. And you all know what happens if THAT jury can't come to a decision - it's an automatic life sentence.

WTH. They've only been going for 2.5 hours ... that's way too quick for them to decide they're deadlocked, IMHO. They're ready to go home and be done with this, and that's it.

That tweet is wrong. They already said they can't reach a unanimous decisions, they're not asking what to do if they can't. However, they were given instructions to keep deliberating and ask questions if they need clarification on anything.
