If #JodiArias jury is hung, state would either seat a new jury and redo penalty phase or must agree to life sentence. That's the "What If"

The lawyers and Alexander family are in the courtroom for another Arias jury question. If it's still hung, the judge has to declare mistrial

Jury question and response will be returned to the jury by the bailiff. We are heading back out now that hwild just got settled.

So the jury had a question, and attorneys on both sides pretty confidently answered the judge that they were ok with the judge's response to them.

I am trying to accept that the outcome may not be what I feel is just. I am afraid to have the same feelings I had with CA trial. Makes me doubt our system, our society. I am praying for peace for Travis's family is the biggest thing.

I am afraid of how damn smug that cray cray CMJA will be if she gets what she thinks is her way.
