I'm not sure I would call reading and napping productive, but I consider them both time well spent.

I must have missed Kevin-of-the-appealing-good-looks the first time around. I wasn't watching the trial in the early days (so long ago), so this will be a treat for me.

Do any of you remember Ellie Nesler? I met the woman in , I think 2000. She told me her story and she was so proud of shooting that man in court. I was literally shocked at the arrogance she had. I felt for her in the whole situation , but she felt justified in doing it. It was so weird.

Sadly I won't lose any weight if I eat it. Once I learn to eat differently then I can incorporate a few snacks. But I can enjoy what your eating in the virtual sense.....I can taste them now.

It's a real shame some people don't understand the legal/judicial system in this country.

I agree. At the end of the day, the DT is doing their job. If there weren't defense lawyers willing to represent people like Arias, they would never go to trial. I don't understand death threats at all, that's the work of a sick mind. I don't like the dt's strategy, but I do think that Arias plays a large role in this.

Yes, yes, add me to the list of trying-to-be-good-with-eating. I need to lose a bunch of weight, so for now sweets are a thing of the past. I lost a bunch last month and then it came to a screeching halt this month and I've somehow managed to gain 3 pounds back. I hate that!

So after tomorrow (04/25), no trial until May 1st ... and tomorrow will be a short court day. Start at 9 a.m. on May 1st (Jodi time) until trial is finished on that date. Final jury instructions read on Thursday, May 2nd and closing arguments will be May 2nd and May 3rd.
