I agree. Wilmont is hurting defense. And Jodi appears spaced out. Oh no, lunch time...

She is best forensic witness I have ever seen.

I think JM as a Prosecutor, Dt Flores as Interrogator (word?) and Dr Demarte as an expert Witness will be used as teaching examples of how someone should conduct their profession...they are all brilliant and fun to watch

So once again, the Judge wasted time by having a break, then going into chambers, only to recess early for lunch ... I wonder if Judges get evaluated and reviewd yearly by their superiors because this Judge gets a "needs improvement" in time management ...

I am so annoyed by this, there WAS NO reason to go to break 10mins early when you just had a a 15 min break that turned into a half hour. God this judge wastes time like it is nothing.

I have been annoyed with Judge Sherry since beginning of trial. But, in her favor, I think she has been fair.

I am catching up with HLN and this witness does not get rankled by defense nonsense spouting...could it be that she actually does her job and knows her stuff.. appears so to me.
I think defense should get her off the stand as quick as they can because they are going no where with trying to "catch" her..

Thanks TM for posting that info as to why the LONG delay to get this trial going....boy Nurmi really wanted out.....but got stuck with this case basically....he wont like it any More when that verdict comes in...another DINK on his CV..

JW needs to stop, other wise it will look like she is trying to beat up this witness. The jury sees this. JW should know by now that JD will not lie for anyone. I mean if it would help Jodi or hurt Jodi she is not going to lie. And she has made this quite clear to JW with out coming out and using the word lie.
