I would have such a hard time being Civil to the opposing counsel if it was me.

Looks like the Defense is asking the State to produce the journal (maybe manifesto) seized.

Damn, does that mean Martinez is attempting to use evidence not provided to the Defense?

YA, I saw it on NG last night because (I believed) she more 'mouthed it' OR 'whispered it under her breathe' as vs saying it right out loud. Wilma immediately looked at JA when she mouthed it.
