Interesting analysis there! I wonder if that dog kicking incident could be brought in now.

Can't you just picture the scenario with Jodi? Pissed off that she had to clean up the diapers in the yard, and "showing them" (her parents) by "getting rid of" the dog? Looks like a pattern...

It most certainly does ... and it also shows her behavior (i.e. irritability, etc.) BEFORE her PTSD "diagnosis" also ... oh please, Judge, let this evidence in now ..

Also, I was VERY happy to see that stupid motion was denied yesterday, that might of tied into Jodi's "Migraine".

The tax payers are paying for the DT, they should know how much they are completely wasting.

So they denied the motion to keep the cost of the defense secret? I'm so glad!

Judge is on the bench handling other matters on her calendar. Arias's mother, aunt, and friend are here. A few of Alexander's siblings are here, along with Martinez and Flores. Nurmi and Willmott are at counsel's table. Today is a short day. We finish at 3:30 pm ET/12:30 pm in Phoenix. No court tomorrow or Monday.

I'm thinking this isn't all that in her control. If someone is scheduled to have a hearing for their own case, I'm guessing she's not the one volunteering to hear the matter...I think it probably gets given to her, and it may not be in her control (or fair to the other cases) to change things. It's probably more of a statement about the AZ judicial system, than this particular judge. I know that Judge Perry had other case issues to handle...NOTHING like this, but still. I do think that in THIS kind of case, the judge should be free to devote all the time to it, but maybe it's not feasible for some reason. Just don't know how it all works.
