I don't quite understand it either. When it says Arias, I wonder if it meant the DT. I guess it could since the Protective Order is supposed to be about not disclosing what the DT spends the taxpayers money on.

It has to be filed on her behalf. The order has to have the defendant not wanting this exposed.

I have a meeting until 1:30 tomorrow. Looks like I won't miss anything afterall. But why wouldn't they start after lunch. To me, it makes no sense to get 45 minutes of testimony only to break for lunch. Those poor jurors.

Court is supposed to start at 10:45...what time is lunch? If it's noon, that's an hour and 15 minutes. I think they should take every opportunity to get testimony in because this is getting downright nuts.

There were commentators on HLN shows talking about how they believe it will be manslaughter or hung. Ugh.
