Listening to Jodi today, there's barely been an "umm" out of her mouth. Usually when people have yes or no questions to answer, they can do it easily. I'm inclined to think that lies flow so easily from her mouth that she doesn't even need to think about what will come out. But when it comes down to being black or white, she has to say "umm" to figure out which is more beneficial to herself.

So far. The only reason to play it in court without the jury is to see if it will be allowed with the jury present, and that's what everyone is saying...the judge absolutely should not allow it. I can't even imagine that she would, or that Nurmi could possibly think it was possible.
