Why does it matter whether or not the jury knows she's in jail right now? If I was a juror I'd sure hope she was, not that it even should matter? I would assume her bail was too high or she was denied bail.

She should be able to stand where she is and show the upper body positioning which is more of what is in question. It will give the head positioning.

Any reference to her being in jail and/or shackled is prejudicial, just the way it is, agree or disagree to your heart's content.

They do now. She said earlier that Travis' closet was bigger than the cell she was living in now.
