Walmart scans your reciept when you return. If you do not have your receipt, they will scan you ID. At least they do here. If she returned the gas can, they would have record.

Walmart is extremely procedural about their returns...walk in the door, they give you a ticket or something, etc.

all i know is I would not keep my clothes/luggage with 3 filled gas cans in the trunk.

I wouldn't DRIVE with filled gas cans in the car unless it was absolutely necessary.

he is showing this to get the premeditation...she was setting it all up...

If you leave Pasadena with 8.2 gal of gas and it takes you 12 minutes to get to.......

The officer must have lied in his report. I didn't say it was in the hamper, I said I had it with me and that I SOMETIMES leave it in the hamper. It's never my fault - it must be his fault.
