So does anyone think Martinez will go into tomorrow morning, then abruptly stop and turn it over to Nurmi to take him by surprise and leave him with no time to prepare a re-direct? Or will Martinez take all of tomorrow too?

Good question. I think something very strategic will (or should) happen tomorrow, especially since Nurmi made it so clear EXACTLY what time court would end. It gives the opportunity to JM to determine HOW it ends. All because of Jodi-Lunchgate.

Does anyone know when the case will be handed to the jury?

2014? 15? Seriously, there's expert witnesses claiming Jodi was battered and lost her memory as well as Dave Hall (Travis' friend with the gun video) and whomever else they drag out, and then there's the prosecution's rebuttal case.

They were just talking about the married lady Travis supposedly was having an affair with. They said, "Suppose you were sitting at home, sipping coffee, and heard your name on TV."

I would hope JM gave her some warning. Dave Hall, on the other hand, looked a bit shocked in the courtroom when they talked about his appearance on JVM with the gun video.

Could be psychologists to debunk the defense claim that she's battered (altho, I think it would be in general terms, since they probably haven't examined her). And anyone else to try to counter claims in the defense case. Not sure what the limitations are.

We can save her all the trouble we can give her smiley sign and she can hold it up to the jury conveying what she is doing. That way she can't claim a headache and if her wrist hurts, you can still sit in a chair.
