The judge set an evidentiary hearing tomorrow at 10:30 am in the Arias retrial related to Arias's motion to dismiss. I expect the defense will put on their computer expert to testify about the alleged deletions on Travis's laptop.

The testament to whether someone is a good witness, or an expert, is how well they handle cross examination. It doesn't sound like it's going very well. Makes me think of Alice.

The problem with the DT experts is they all fall apart under cross. For all we know, their expert is an 18 year old from the Geek Squad at Best Buy.

Definitely "Ground Hog Day." I'm almost glad it's not livestreamed now, kwim? And it definitely sounds like Martinez is approaching this witness the same as he did Alice especially by asking if she had memory problems.

I could see the State removing the porn, but inadvertently if they had to remove the virus which probably put the porn on the computer.

odiArias mom just plunked herself down in her front left seat. She is candy crushin now.
