#JodiArias juror alone in box. He's "middle of road" on death penalty "in general". I really think you either agree or disagree, don't you?

i wouldn't be surprised if what he means is that some people should get it and some shouldn't...that it depends on the facts. I mean, I'm pro death penalty but it doesn't mean I believe they should execute EVERYONE in a certain category, like 1st degree murder. It would depend on the circumstances of that particular case.
