No cross today. Judge said they're in a closed hearing and court will reconvene tomorrow morning at 10:30 a.m. their time, as usual.

I am listening to her again and it makes no sense, she said she ran into the closet and he was chasing her. So she gets the gun and now they are in the bathroom. If he was running in the closet behind her and she grabbed the gun and the gun went off when did you go back in the bathroom?

Do your closet doors lock??? Mine doesn't.
Cause she wouldn't not have been able to climb and get that gun before he grabbed her unless it did.

They showed a diagram of the room/closet/bathroom set up earlier. The closet had 2 doors on opposite walls. One went into the closet from the hallwall and the other went into the bathroom.

Yup, the defense will have an expert to testify (what apparently Jodi had already read in the autopsy report) that the gunshot was not fatal, possibly disabled him temporary...so he can of course, still chase her yelling he's going to kill.

I didn't get an appt confirmation call, and got all excited that maybe my appt is NEXT week. So I called...it's tomorrow. It's going to be a two hour appt. I'll tell her to just hurry.

So, today we put 37 pages (so far) on this thread. Tomorrow, it will definitely be as long or longer, with the cross, but I won't be here. So I might start the second thread earlier. I'll see how tomorrow goes. My appt isn't till afternoon.
