Sometimes when that female defense attorney asks questions, she reminds me of Reese Witherspoon in Legally Blonde, trying to come up with another question and just going over and over and over the last question.

She was tired of being disciplined and moved. That speaks volumes, and I hope the jury caught that. So what does discipline involve , sending you to have fun?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. I could have genuine compassion for somebody who has truly been abused, but she didn't go after the people she claims abused her (and if that's her claim, they need to put somebody else on the stand to back it up), she murdered a man who she was angry with because he refused to have a future with her.

She's very well rehearsed. She looks directly at the jury. Remember when Cheney Mason "accused" the prosecution expert witnesses of (??) some sort of problem because they testified to the jury?

OK...gotta go watch. My laptop isn't fixed and I can't sit at the desktop and watch the trial! Rough life, I tell ya!

One last thing...she has an EXCELLENT memory of what happened so far back in her life.

She better be able to remember it long enough to be cross examined...

I think all of this is going to turn the jury off. They already, by the questions they've asked, seem to want to get to the relevant facts...cut to the chase. All of this is sounding like the voice of the adults in a Peanuts TV special.
