That is exactly what I am waiting on. There is a thread about a gunman who went on a school bus stole a child and killed the bus driver, and he is held up in a bunker. I don't know if this is still going on.

I saw that this morning, horrible, absolutely horrible. This shooting in Phoenix is in addition to that, but I haven't seen it on any national broadcast, it came on the Arias feed after they broke for lunch.

I have a feeling this witness is gonna have to return, they won't finish with her today.

Judge is telling the audience to keep it down, no laughing or remarks.

I missed that thank goodness. Saw just pieces and parts today. So the last two witnesses were supposed to give credibility to the thought that Travis had a temper? Is that correct?

I missed that too. I was visiting my grand babies and I'm glad I missed it.

Okay, from what I can gather so far: Yesterday a juror was approached by somebody from the media, well, you know that's a no-no so the judge advised the jurors to remove their badges when they're out of the court house and she's arranged for them to be escorted to lunch (in the building) and to the bus after each day's testimony.

I assume that's the defense's intention.

And no, they didn't show the picture on the broadcast, but you could tell that's what it was and right after the judge had earlier warned the spectators about talking and showing any emotion in the court room. She warned them again including instructions to the jury to not let those outbursts influence them.

I am catching bits of things I couldn't get after lunch. I guess this woman was asked if Travis ever hit her, made her have sex or anything else and the answer was no. So that makes it very clear.

Re: Detective Flores sitting at the prosecution's table in court, some consultant on TruTV just said AZ allows one investigator to sit at the State's table during a trial.

UR what other live feed are you watching, as the one I have keeps focusing on the suspect that did the shooting. They are not even saying any thing at all. I hope they return the streaming by 9:30.

I say NO WAY!!!

I know its the norm when you claim self defense, but she is anything but the normal.
