Jockey Skimmies- for the ladies

All the styles look pretty low-rise. I wouldn't be comfortable with the top of them down below my belly button. How do they fit IRL?

I like all of my bottoms to sit right at my belly button. That is where they sit on me.
Of course a lot is going to depend on your body structure though as to where they sit on you.

I'm super-short, and most things don't fit me the same way they do taller women. I'm guessing they'd come up higher on me, which is what I'm used to.

I am pear shape and also 5'7" ish. Skimmies I would not call low rise. They fit over my hips. My body does not work well with low rise ( 2 sizes bigger ). No probs here

What about the sizing? How do you find it to be, are they true to size?

I am plus size, bottom heavy... size 20/22 on the bottom... I get the XL, they stretch a lot... I get them for the chaffing in Florida not as support....though they do help a bit... really easy to get on.. Not a fight like with some slimming panties.

I marked this thread last month because I ahve been looking for something just like this! Today I bought 4 new dresses from Kohls. The Chaps dresses are my go to for work, and I get so many compliments on them. But the whole girdle rolling down thing or inner thigh chaffing makes me not want to wear them. I got $40 in Kohls cash today that I will be using to buy myself some Skimmies!!! Yay! OP, thanks for posting about them!

I also wear Chaps dresses, I have a ton - and also wear skimmies - you will love them!

Just finished two weeks in the parks and wore them almost every day and LOVED them!!!!

Anyone found a solution for shorts by chance? I don't wear dresses in the parks but do like to wear shorts. I always get some thigh chafe as my shorts ride up and have tried body glide, which helps a bit, but not great. I imagine though that the bandelettes and skimmies would be visible under shorts, especially when sitting down and when the shorts start to ride up?
