Customer Service Manager based in Swansea.
We are looking for an enthusiatic, self-motivated person to assist in the devlopment of our Customer Service and Data Entry Department. You will need to be confident and demonstrate previous experience of a high level of management skill as well as being able to work under pressure. You will also have good analytical skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.

In view of some of the negative posts about TCD here recently, lets hope they are trying to get their Customer Service Department up to scratch. Good luck to them!

I received my deposit back yesterday. It made me laugh that they are part of the 'Really Great Holiday Company', yeah right!!!
