I work at a bowling alley and i work 11 hours a week i need atleast 15 but i would like more so i either need to get a new job completlely or keep the job and get another one on the side what should i do any suggestions

New Job.

OR

If you have been there for a long time or your boss really likes you, ask for extra hours. They should be able to give you some.

How long have you been there?
I would talk to your boss about your hours.
Long story short, I was having problems with my hours at my work where I've been for 7 months and one of the only "original" people left. I talked to my boss about it and they changed.
Talk to your boss, give it a chance to change, if nothing happens consider changing jobs.

Yeah, I would first try and put in a request ON PAPER asking politly for more hours. If it goes ignored, ask your boss if they recieved your note and why/why not you are not getting more hours. After this I would begin looking for a new job. Not much is hiring right now though, so don't quit until you find a new job.

first of all why do you need the 15 hours? Thats gonna be a big thing the employer will ask. If its for work experience through school then they have to give it to you. Or at least here they do

Make sure you really want it. But yeah, just ask your boss, if you've earned it your boss should give it to you. And if he hasent realized it explain to him why you've deserved it.:worship: <----basically suck up kay?:thumbsup2
