Job Interview

Hey, so today I had my first ever job interview! It was at this little coffee/sandwhich place called The Wired Monk. I was totally frightened when I walked into the office and shook the owners' hands, but it went alright I guess. I still don't know if I got the job yet, so cross your fingers for me!

Its so awesome to grow up and do things for yourself, but at the same time its completely petrifying!

So, I was wondering, how many of you have had job interviews or jobs before? How did those interview(s)/job(s) go? Were you scared? Where do you, or have you worked before?

In my Comsumer Economics class, we did "pretend" interviews in lil groups--> It was horrifying! Just b/c I know NOONE in the class, most of it is seniors, and I'm just a lil sophmore, and I have never had a job interview before. But I am definatly getting a job this summer, so it helped alot, but was really scary. lol

If you thought that was scary, you should have seen me sitting up perfectly straight in that office chair with my hands shaking. I was SO nervous! Fortunately, the owners knew that it was my first interview and they were pretty nice about it. I have never even had a practice interview before, so this was especially frightening. The questions were really confusing too.

I've done interviews before and they were ok. I got the job each time, but damn I was nervous the whole time.
