Joann's $1 section

I stopped by my local Joann's to browse and they have just added a scrapbooking dollar spot. I thought it had some really cute things - embellishments, paper, cards.

Not sure if it's just new to my Joann's (it's a small store) and has already been in others or if it's a new trend in all of them.

Mine didn't have one. They are a little slow in updating though. I'll keep my eyes peeled!

My Joanns is in the process of closing and moving down the street to a Super Store. It is about 4 times bigger. I just hope that they expand their Scrabooking department with some good stuff. My Joanns is lacking in that department - always has.
September 8th is the date that is the grand opening

they had it at my local joann's. they all matched...had buttons, ribbons/fibers, stickers, those epoxy bubble things w/sayings, etc.

There's a Jo-ann superstore - not real convenient but I got over there today. I spent an hour and only got through the scrapbook and beading sections. It might be a good thing that it's not close!

They had the dollar section too plus a lot of things on sale.
