How are things over on the 'Creative DISigns' board. I do pop over every now and again to see how all you talented guys are getting along!!
I hope to get a bit of humble DISigning done again once I am done with my VR. I have missed you guys and dabbling in DISigns, but planning this VR is taking a lot of my spare time. I have had Dolly and Mel (bababear) drop in at times, so it's good to hear from another old friend. Give my love to all on the CD board - I'll see you all soon

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Velveteen Rabbit! It was one of the first books I bought my little boy.

Also, had you thought about asking the esty seller if they could hide a mickey in your headband? Since they make it...it might be possible. Just an idea. I'm hoping you didn't mention that and I just missed it.

Ohh Crissy I am absolutely useless with a needle and thread but I intend to get a hot-fix crystal tool thingy soon so maybe, using that, I may be able to add it in somewhere

Sweet Crissy - Thank you so much for making sure things are okay here. They sure are!!! Although it is very cold, and there are 2 - 3 inches of snow on the ground - yuk!!!! It is very early in the year for such a large amount of snow, so I hope we are not in for yet another hard winter. We are, like everybody else into a busy time at DS's school. Plays, and trips to the pantomime, and parties and outings - it's a hard life in primary school!!
Haven't posted as I have nothing exciting to say right now. I will, however, be posting a picture of my dress hanger tonight as it arrived yesterday and I think it is lovely. I took the photo on DH's mobile and , of course, he has gone off to work with it this morning. Still waiting for the head-band to arrive from Canada, so stay tuned!!!

Snow!!! I love snow. Its one of the things I will miss the most (other than family) about being up north in the States. Make sure you take pics of the snow.

So sorry about the lack of hanger pictures!! We are having issues getting the pictures off of the phone and on to the computer!!! Agh it is so frustrating!!

It is beautiful isn't it?
However, it is not good to have around when you are trying to live your life eg. get kids to school, go to work, get anywhere at all really!!!
I am looking forward to some Florida sunshine (please!!!) in May!!

I have to agree with Jules, it so pretty!!!! But I do understand the hassle it can be at times to deal with the snow.

Just returned from WDW, enjoyed a short Christmas trip. I wanted to let you know I was on the GF elevator with a bride on Dec.4 and she could not be happier or more beautiful. She told me to tell my daughter to try to relax and remember everything. And I am passing this on to all Dis brides. She said everything was starting to go so fast she just wanted to remember the day.

Aww how lovely!!
I think that it is good advice for your daughter and all brides (Disney or otherwise)!!
However, it may not be easy advice to follow on the day itself with so much going on. I keep telling myself that on my big day, I need to go with the flow and not worry. I am inclined to be a worrier and know I will have to give myself a good talking to stop myself from worrying about the next thing on the schedule!!!!
I am glad you had a good trip and are back home safe and sound!

Well you hooked me on etsy. Just bought two Christmas tshirts to wear on Christmas Eve and Day. With my three little ones, dressing up is not practical. This way I'll be festive. i love their stuff.

Welcome Jilian!!
I haven't posted much recently as I am concentrating on all things Christmas at the moment!!
My son comes home from uni on Saturday and so the food cupboards and freezer must be well stocked as he eats me out of house and home!!!
I haven't yet written on a card or wrapped a present so things are going right to the wire for me!!
I will be glad to get Christmas over so that I can go back to concentrating on the VR!!
Great to have you along for the ride!!
