Wake up and are having relaxing time the by the pool,when the phone rings and our day is spoilt some what. Sue calls to say her villa owner has just told us our propery management company has gone bust and he isnt getting paid but is happy for her to stay for the time being. WE decide to call our travel agent to see if this is true and if it will effect us.our travel agent panic as they have had no reply to their phonecalls for the last few days.so we offer to drive back to their head office to see if it is open.
Meet up with Sue and family and we all make the trek to the property management company and you guessed it it's gone bust no longer in operation lots of official people collecting villa keys etc. we phone back travel agent who don't really know what to do so we mange to contact the owner of the villa by getting a number from the club house in Emerald Island.
luckily for us they are lovely People and say it is ok for us to stay for the
rest of our holiday and are grateful somebody is taking care of things agree
to call in a few days to make arrangment for keys to be collected etc.
This was a rather frustrating waste of a days holiday
but it could have been a lot worse. We are forming quite a long letter of complaint for the travel agent when we get home.
Have a couple of hours of the day left so head to seaworld feeling a little bit out of sorts wondering if anything else will go wrong this holiday.
feed the sting rays and see the polar bears and Beluga whales.
Decide to go back to villa stop at taco bell on the way as all tired after a very stressful day. WE have a swim and go to bed Early as have Animal kingdom Breakfast Tomorrow.
