Jingle Bell Jingle Bam - Illuminations

I have never been to Disney. Planning trip in late November. Is it possible to see Jingle Bell if it shows at 8 and then get to see Illuminations at 930.

Yes. It's only about a 20 min walk from HS to Epcot. Also shouldn't be an issue if you're driving yourself. Buses will work as long as you don't have to wait a long time for one

Would it be possible to have a reservation at Garden Grill at 450 on 11/26 for the CLP show at 815 and after our meal hop over to HS just to view TSL and Sunset Blvd at night (for the sake of seeing it in the dark) and get back to EP in time enough to line up for the CLP. Don't mind using Uber, etc. thanks

I don't think so. Particularly with the gondola construction at DHS which has added to the walking time from the drop-off areas (including the uber/lyft drop-off areas).
