I'm not sure if it's nationwide as their site is busy. But I'm sure google will help, I did see it running in a couple other areas outside of IL. Only 1 per customer (so hand you're kids their own $1), and only valid on $4.99 subs or less. Good Luck.

I just called my local store and they said that they only do that once a year on customer appreciation day--and that was three months ago...Maybe in Chicago they appreciate customers on a different day than in Dallas!
