I really like Jake too BUT he's almost too nice or something. I mean he got all goofy and stuff and then all he said was 'I really like you'. It was like he was in the 5th grade or something. I just think he is genuinely a super nice, good guy. But I could see how he could come off as a little too much in the nice/dorky department. He is VERY hot and yes, I saw him in the pilot's uniform and he was SMOKIN' HOT! He reminds me a bit of a young Val Kilmer.

I thought that maybe the one that comes back and proposes is Wes, maybe she gives him the boot after the over night dates. Who knows.

The previews definitely make it seem like she is VERY confused about things. Guess we'll see how it plays out.

I'm sure she already knows. I'm so mad at this show. Do you really think that everyone behind the cameras, the producers, etc. knows the real reason why Wes is there, but they're keeping the secret from Jillian, letting her get her heart broken when she finds out? If this show were real, Jillian should be really mad at the show for not telling her about Wes. And do you really think that the show would let a contestant stay after finding out that he's there for such phony reasons? It's so set up this season, I'm disgusted. But it's like a train wreck-I have to watch it!
Besides everything else, another reason I think Wes is just a plant by the show to stimulate excitement and viewership, she's got 5 dates to meet families. Weren't there always only 4 in the past?

Yes, I believe in the past in was only the top 3 or 4 that got family visits. Wonder why they are doing it this way. 5 family visits seems like way too much.

My former neighbor's husband died in a plane crash (he was a pilot) and she ended up marrying his best friend several years later who was also a pilot so apparently you can get past that.

I would love to see Jake as the next Bachelor and Stephanie there too!

There was so much about last night's show that I hated. I thought being sent away in a bus was pretty bad until last night being left in the middle of nowhere at a train station. Who is running this thing? The other thing I really hated was everytime they were going to a commercial they would show the conversation with Wes about .....how he was still here after 6 shows and good for his career and here for that and not for the girl...la de da........we actually heard that about 5 times until the actual conversation.........I am so furious with this show and whoever is editing it. I really liked Jillian when it started and now it seems she has a screw loose......by showing Wes and his conversations, they are making her look like a fool. Thank god her family doesn't see this until it's over.....I was so excited to see this Bachelorette and now it's just pitiful and embarrassing. I hope that Jake is the next Bachelor, but they will ruin him too I fear. AND, I thought Jason was bad! I can't believe I watch this show.

A couple of things stood out to me last night.

One, why on earth would she keep Michael when she sent a couple of other guys home for being just like him? She has stated over and over again she wants someone to take care of her for awhile, someone mature who is ready to start a family. She sent Robby home for being young and not having a good job, but she kept Michael who is the same age as Robby? I can't imagine a break dancing instructor making the kind of living that she would like to be accustomed to. As cute and sweet as Michael is, he is not ready for a mature relationship, in my opinion anyway.

I think she is Deanna reincarnated. Deanna spent the whole time saying she wanted stability and she goes and chooses the "fun guy" snowboarder, which went against everything she said she always wanted. Jillian is doing the exact same thing, saying she wants one thing, but choosing another. It drives me nuts! There is probably a reason Jillian is 30 and not in a relationship or married. She can't make up her mind about what she wants.

Also, how is is that Wes is the only one that has access to Jillian whenever he wants? He always seems to be the one who is able to go visit her to "comfort" her when she is upset over letting someone go. I would think all the guys would like the chance to stroll on over to Jillian whenever they want. Also, Wes' on-camera confessions about his real reasons for being there are insane!! Does he not realize that people are going to hate him for saying those things? Who does he think are going to buy his CD's now? His little plan is definitely going to backfire, and if he does, by some chance, end up with Jillian in the end, did he not consider that Jillian will see these little confessions and be a little upset about it?

One last thing, Jillian has not had a cocktail party before the rose ceremony for the last 3 weeks. You would think that she would welcome the chance to spend more time with the guys since there isn't much time left to get to know them. This makes me think that her decision is already made and she is just systematically getting rid of everyone else. The way she is ALL OVER Kiptyn makes me think she has the hots for him over and above anyone else. Her body language is pretty easy to read if you look close enough.

Ok, I do have one more thing. I have liked Reid all along but last night he seemed a little immature and quirky. The other guys said something about him too, which makes me think they have deliberately not shown us the real Reid. His whole thing about the fondue was a little odd. Even if he was thinking those things, I was surprised that he actually said them. And his comment about "what if people pick their butts then touch the vegetables" was a little odd too.

Deanna just plain didn't know what she wanted....
I am convinced that Jillian has some issues (a few screws loose as another poster just mentioned.) I think she is actively RUNNiNG from what she really wants and needs. She is actively running from, and sending home, any chance for a real emotional/romantic involvement.

Yep, we finally saw the real Reid. Funny how NONE if his weird issues and quirkyness made the cut on any prior episode. Another big to the shows editors.
I liked Reid okay, and thought he was kind of cute.... but, just me.... No way do I want a man with these kinds of issues.

My husband is one these male non-communicators.
Some men just are not adept at communicating their emotions.
It was definitely uncomfortable, but at least he tried!

On the other hand... watch out for the Don Juan who is all about how the sun rises and sets in your eyes, etc.. etc...

It's going to be very interesting to see how she interacts with all 5 of the guy's families. On all the other shows....wasn't it 3 then 4 now 5????? If it's like all the other shows, she will go on and on about how "special and wonderful" the guy is and then BAM. I just don't get this. I also think she is very much like Deanna.......I liked her when the show started too. I see that Wes is always looking for extra time too....is that very fair to the other guys? I really like Mike break dancer too...he has a great personality and says very clever cute things...even though he is too young for her. He reminds me of my nephew who will make a great husband and father (someday not now).
