How is Jiko and does anyone have any reviews and or pictures. We currently are looking for another resort restaurant dinner to have and thought this might be good.
We dined a Jiko a couple of years ago and it was fantastic. We had the filet with mac and cheese, which is one of their most popular entrees and it was great. Their flatbread appetizers are also very good.
We loved Jiko the last time we were at WDW and will be going back in December. The food and service were both top notch and the AKL is gorgeous. I had the filet and mac n cheese - DH had a variety of vegetarian appetizers for dinner. I had the BBQ chicken flatbread as an app and DH had the tamales. The only part of the meal that wasn't stellar to me was dessert but the dessert menu has since changed.
Here is a link to a review I did of our most recent dinner at Jiko (October 2007) - pictures are included. It starts off with a wee rant about Hurricane Hannah's but then it moves into Jiko from there.
Their food and service are tremendous and if you enjoy wine they have a great selection of South African wines to choose from.

I agree. I just had the same thing last week.
It was awesome.
Plus that wine list is great. even if you don't know wine, you can tell the waiter what you like and they will be able to recommend a bottle to your taste.
We did that and had the best bottle of wine we've ever tried.
