I brought my infant daughter to CRT and they served her food (plus there were appetizers).

Does Jiko do the same thing? I know she will be upset if her brother is served something and she isn't (she is 2 almost 3). Just wondering if I need to plan to pay OOP.

TIA!

CRT is unique, may be because it's prepaid?

You can hope but do not expect a meal included for your toddler anywhere. Either share or plan on ordering for her
Enjoy!

No, they won't. Yes, you will have to purchase her a meal if you want her to have one or share with her from your entree.

Good point on the buffets. That goes along, in my mind anyway, with plate sharing.

When we went to CRT in Jan. 2016 they offered DD (she turned 1yo that day) what they called an "infant" meal. I believe it was complimentary. Or, perhaps I paid for it when booking. Can't remember. I was confused because I originally planned on just sharing my plate. They definitely called it an "infant" meal and I'm near positive they said complimentary.

As far as I know, no other TS offers a complimentary "infant" meal.

Of course, kids are still free under 3 at the buffets.

For an almost 3 year old you can ask for a plate and share from your dish or if she wants her own food you can order something for her, but you will be charged for it. Some places might offer something complimentary, but at table service restaurants where you order from a menu it is at the discretion of the server/restaurant and not to be expected.

On our trip this August the only TS restaurant that offered a complimentary meal for DD1 was Via Napoli. I was so surprised when the server told me this. We were on the deluxe plan so I didn't order anything extra for her since that's already so much food, but the server said she could order anything she wanted. I ordered her milk at all of our meals and was never charged for it but that's all. Obviously she could eat whatever she wanted at buffets and AYCTE, but she just shared from our meals everyplace else.

I would plan to order a children's meal and to pay for it. You never know, the server may offer, But it is best to be prepared.

We ate at Jiko at least once before my daughter turned 3 and they did not provide her anything (note this was almost 4 years ago). That said, to this day I share almost every Disney meal with my daughter. With a few exceptions of her getting something on her own, I find the portion sizes large enough to share. Plus I don't know about your daughter, but mine eats like a bird so I hate to order her her own meal.
